Bright lights from the Parisian “Bateaux Mouches” tourist boats illuminate the edge of the Seine River,creating a cinematic space from which artificial narratives are formed from ordinary activities taking place on the river banks. Later images in the series were created in Montreal, Quebec and Hamburg, Germany where they also have similar boats running in the summertime.
